Staff are just completing their final professional development courses for the year which have averaged over 50 hours of training.

Staff are just completing their final professional development courses for the year which have averaged over 50 hours of training.

This is well above the Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) required 18-30 hours of annual professional development for all staff in licensed nurseries and preschools.

During the year the variety of courses completed have included: First Aid, Child Protection, Emergency Preparedness, Literacy, CACHE, Science of Early Childhood Development, Communication, Global Guidelines,Transitions, Labour Law, Food Hygiene, Leadership, Observation, Ages and Stages Developmental Screenings, Civil Defense Fire Safety, Numeracy and many more!
